Digital TV Benefits DayAre you left in a daze thinking about what digital TV means for you? This event in Whitehaven aims to provide information and advice.
The 'Digital TV / Benefits Day' event will take place in Whitehaven Civic Hall between 12noon and 6.30pm on Thursday 15th February 2007
A public meeting about DIGITAL SWITCHOVER in Copeland will also take place at the Civic Hall in the evening from 6.30pm
Both events are open to everyone and tea and coffee will be available all day
Voluntary groups, retailers and support agencies will be on hand to give technical advice and information about how to get ready for Digital TV.
The Pensions Service team and advisers can provide information about a range of benefits including Pension Credit and Council Tax Benefits.
Digital UK is organising events across Copeland so that everyone can prepare for the switchover in October.
