Some people are reporting being unable to get digitalt BBC network radio from Caldbeck since early October 2007.

Can anyone assist?

This is what the BBC suggest however this doesn't seem to solve all problems and radio can still be missing after the rescan.

BBC Radio 1, 2, 3, 4 on Freeview

From midday 3 October 2007, if you listen to Radio 1, 2, 3 or 4 on digital TV using Freeview, you may need to re-scan your set top box, or integrated Digital TV, in order to keep receiving all BBC Radio stations. This does not affect other BBC radio stations, or radio on Virgin Media and Sky.

This move is part of Digital Switchover in the UK. We are moving BBC Radio 1, 2, 3 and 4 from one Freeview broadcast multiplex to another in order to work towards this switch over.

this maybe because the channels have been shifted from a group A aerial to a group K aerial.

They are due to change back to the Group A mid next year... looks like you may need a new aerial for a few months if you are experiencing this problem

Is this right?
